日前南韓檢方宣布將以關係人身分訊問南韓總統朴槿惠，總統府青瓦台今(15)日宣布，朴槿惠已在檢調約談前聘請律師。
據韓聯社報導，青瓦台為朴槿惠聘請律師柳榮夏作為代理律師。未來總統接受調查的時間、地點，以及訊問方式等，將由法定代理人柳榮夏與檢方特別調查本部做協商。
柳榮夏畢業於延世大學行政學系，1992年通過第34屆司法考試，曾任職昌原地檢、仁川地檢、首爾地檢北部分廳，2010年擔任時任大國家黨(現執政黨新世界黨的前身)最高委員朴槿惠的法律特別助理，2014年起擔任國家人權委員會常任委員。
對於朴槿惠來說，曾經擔任法律助理的柳榮夏，是能夠信任的人。
韓媒也報導，朴槿惠接受調查的地點，檢調會尊重青瓦台，給現任元首特別禮遇，或許會選擇在朴槿惠住處進行訊問
